During this personal contact, you will experience our expertise firsthand. Maxime will accompany you through the entire process, transforming every nuance of your story into a truly personal piece of jewellery.

Using advanced CAD design software, Maxime transforms your description into a detailed 3D model. This digital approach is more precise than traditional drawings.

The 3D sketch provides a clear and realistic image of the jewel. Maxime refines the design until it fully meets your expectations.

Once the digital sketch is approved, we create a physical prototype using our precision 3D printer. The prototype is built up layer by layer until it reaches its final form.

Unlike the 3D sketch, the prototype (in plastic) is a tangible representation of the jewel. It leaves room for refinements, ensuring a perfect fit and optimal wearing comfort.

Once the prototype has been approved, we begin crafting your bespoke piece. Depending on the design requirements, our master goldsmiths will either forge or cast each component with the utmost precision.

Using advanced laser technology, our goldsmith assembles the individual components. Once every element is perfectly aligned, they are meticulously and expertly soldered together.

Throughout the entire creation process, our master goldsmiths meticulously sand and polish the piece between each stage. This unwavering dedication to detail ensures that perfection is achieved across every surface of your jewel.

Each creation is polished by hand multiple times, resulting in the luminous finish that defines Vander Avort jewellery as refined, elegant, and timeless.

Employing a variety of specialised techniques, our master goldsmiths hand-set each gemstone with exceptional precision. Every stone is meticulously positioned to achieve optimal brilliance and enduring security.

After the gemstones have been set, the jewel is further refined. There are eight finishing options available, ranging from high-polish gold to matte finishes and other sophisticated textures. For white-gold creations, a rhodium layer is applied through electrolysis, giving the piece its signature bright white and luminous finish.

After finishing, we perform a quality inspection under a microscope. This allows us to detect and eliminate even the smallest imperfections.

Only when your jewel meets our highest standards of perfection, does it deserve to receive the Vander Avort name and signature. Every creation reflects our 40-year commitment to excellence and craftsmanship.
